About this place
Villa Creekwater is a new-construction modern farmhouse in Eagle, Idaho, ten minutes from downtown Boise. Vaulted ceilings, wide-plank oak floors, and a wall of glass open the great room to a covered patio and a fully landscaped backyard.
Inside, a chef's kitchen with a waterfall island anchors the great room. Four bedrooms are split across two wings, including a vaulted primary suite with a spa bath and a boutique-style closet, plus a moody wood-wrapped study off the entry.
Outside, new sod, young pines, and privacy fencing frame the yard, and the three-car garage has room for bikes, boards, and a boat. Eagle's river greenbelt, wineries, and foothill trails are minutes away, and Bogus Basin skiing is under an hour.
